Fully automatic cost estimates

The cost tracker automatically ascertains the operating cost of all print jobs and allows a flexible cost calculation according to printer, project or user.

Information is displayed in a separate Editor file with a user-specific layout, and is regularly updated. Put in the print-specific media, ink and toner costs just once, and the system will calculate monthly cost reports in less time than it takes to count to three!

In addition the cost tracker exports data to Excel, or alternatively directly into standard accounting software via a programmable interface.

The cost tracker is a separate but licence-free application which is automatically updated with new reprocontrol.net releases.
