Automatic job distribution with configurable business logo

New printouts, copies and scan jobs are submitted from the client to the server by means of a transmittal sheet which contains the recipient's data and print settings.

Recipient data, ie name; email, delivery and billing addresses, project title and completion date can be set as standard, saved as VCard and reloaded. The new version of reprocontrol.net, the 4.3, also allows service providers to apply their own business logo (see PDF-link below).

The print options will automatically be assumed by reprocontrol.net.

The notification service automatically sends emails in cases of reception or printer failure. Current job status and the transmittal sheet can be read from the server monitor.
